What about addresses without a pincode?

It uses the locality, landmarks and city, and fills in the pincode. When it isn’t sure, the confidence level says so.

Do field agents need a separate app?

No. Visits work inside our CRM’s field app, or in your own app through the API.

How is the match score worked out?

From the distance between the KYC address and the visit. You set what counts as a match.

Can we define our own territories?

Yes: a radius per branch, a list of pincodes, or boundaries drawn on the map.
